If you have not completed the Concussion Training in the past 3-years you will need to do so.

If you have not completed the Age Appropriate Module for the team you are coaching this year please complete by December 31st of the current hockey season.  You only have to complete this once per level coaching.

All coaches must complete the Safe Sport Training which can be found on the USA Hockey site.  Coaches have until the beginning of the season to complete this, however, if the coach is going to be the locker room monitor they must complete before the season starts.

Locker room monitors (if not the coach) must complete the Safe Sport Training before the season starts.

The home team is required to post the games scores on the District 16 site within 24 hours; it is the responsibility of the visiting team to follow-up to be sure that the information is accurate. 

Please be sure that there are at least (3) three sheets with labels on them, copies to be given to home team, away team and refs (for reporting penalties).
